Calibration

Calibration of Measuring Devices

The calibration of electric measuring devices is crucial for businesses to be able to provide accurate results. Even though some devices aren’t as accurate as they can be, an accuracy ratio of 3:1 is acceptable by most standards.

. For many industries, accurate measurements are essential for ensuring that their products are of the highest quality. Electric measuring devices are subjected to deterioration due to many factors that include wear and tear as well as electrical and mechanical shocks. That’s why calibrating electric measuring devices is usually done on a regular basis or after electrical or mechanical shocks.

Calibration of Sourcing Devices (On Site Calibration)

Most devices that require calibrations are usually sent to certified laboratories, however some devices require on-site calibration that can be caused by a variety of reasons. Those devices that require on-site calibration cannot be shipped to one of our certified laboratories because they are either too big or too fragile. Even though the process of calibration isn’t taking place in an environmentally-controlled lab, our highly trained technicians are capable of calibrating and repairing said devices on-site. To make calibrating or repairing sourcing devices as easy and efficient as possible, multiple procedures and guidelines are put in place to finish the job and satisfy our partners’ needs.

There are a wide range of devices that are usually calibrated on-site. Those devices include :-
